Many people use motorcycle scooter for daily activities. There for, you must know how the new scooter work! they use CVT system. Continue Variable Transmission or CVT is the transfer rate system for full automatic speed according to engine speed. This system does not use gear transmission, but the V-belt it self. CVT works fully automatic transmission, that  affected by the load and engine speed. During Idle Rotation The engine speed is not connected to the rear wheel stalled due to the rotation of the centrifugal clutch and the clutch does not touch on the clutch housing. you can read the system using this picture below . energy from engine passed to the rod that moving the front pulley. the front pulley is closing (narrow), but the rear pulley is open wide. this action give v-belt to rotate the pulley, but the wheel is still stop.
